These terms govern your use of mockedup.co.nz and the basis on which Mocked Up provides its services. By using this website or engaging us for a project, you agree to them.
We design, build and operate custom software for clients. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for a given project are set out in a separate proposal or agreement, not on this page.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a client owns the custom software we build for them once paid in full. Mocked Up retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks or components we reuse across projects.
Where Mocked Up continues to host or operate a system for a client, that's provided on an ongoing subscription basis. Access depends on the subscription staying current; it doesn't affect ownership of the underlying software as set out above.
Payment terms are agreed per engagement. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We can't guarantee software will be entirely fault-free or uninterrupted, and we work with clients in good faith to resolve issues as they arise.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
